You can't but you can with only a USB C to C cable and another phone. If you want the trick is, turn off the S20FE and connect both the device with type c to c cable, the S20FE should show charging counter, now press volume up+power button till Samsung boot splash screen shows. In few seconds the phone will be in recovery mode, here choose wipe cache partition using volume keys and select using Power key(DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE), then reboot.
