Wifi direct is not working in Samsung F62

Last month i purchased online Samsung F62 from samsung website. On 16th apr, 2021 i came to know that I can not send files, pictures and videos by using WiFi Direct. I selected the file then i clicked on share and in next menu wi fi direct option was not available. 3 4 times i talked with samsung customer care on phone call. But they could not short out the issue. They just gave me suggestion to use third party app or smart share. Smart share is useless because we can not select indivial file to send. Please solve the problem of WiFi direct.
