Why Samsung is not doing anything??

I ask so many times to many seniors and my samsung teammates, also i send so many suggestions and questions on twitter and Instagram to Samsung india, but didn't get recognized. Chinese brands are doing far better than you, their brand strategy, product strategy, product pricing, product quality, innovations etc are more effective and qualitative than Samsung. Chinese brands are getting more market share in India. And they are applying the same strategy that Samsung used to apply some time before. Launching new products fast and early,  making price drop to fight with competition brands, innovative products at honest pricing are such things Chinese brands are doing and selling high no. Of volumes. Samsung is not listening to consumer,  what consumers wants truly, just listem to them otherwise you same things will happen that was happened with nokia 9 years before , and that happened with Samsung itself in china.

Just think and do something fast , take fast action, make new innovative products.

Should release updates and take care all mobiles. RedMI is sending updates for every mobile model.
ex : j700f is in 6.0 version with no update.

Have patience as each model of phone has varied types of in built feature which has to work correctly after the given updates of specified Samsung Models.

It's high time for Samsung, If this continues no doubt in next 2-3 year Sam mobile brand 👎
1. Need some innovation
2. Time to time Software update at-least for 4 years
3. Security patch
4. Need change in cameras sensor
5. Need changes in image processing
6. Camera in Night mode is worst compared to the competition.

They don't care to customers. Not interested in timely updates. Even their middle range phones only for MI not customers. we may boycott Samsung. why unnecessary wasteing money
