Why is my phone shows lte instead of 4g

Why is my A51 SM A515F/DSN saying lte instead of 4g. I am using jio sim

It is same bro, 4G = LTE and 4G+ = LTE+

Airtel and VI shows 4g while jio shows LTE.

Some phone show 4G some LTE and some VoLTE

But I think 4g is better than lte. Sometime lte take too long to load web site like ndtv etc...

Lte is actually better than 4g.

FYI, LTE is another name for 4G. LTE expands to Long Term Evolution, which was the name given when 4G just rolled out for the first time. 4G corresponds to LTE and 4G+ corresponds to LTE+. Speed of LTE+/4G+ is greater than LTE/4G but on some networks the speeds are the same. Actually the + sign means carrier aggregation. It's like a boost to your download/upload speed.
