it is a feature in 1+ devices which helps to turm your phone on mute , silent or sound mode

I guess that is a feature by which u will be able to undo your actions, such as deleted an app.
I'm not sure though, and this, I got from the point that in computer u use Alt+Z to undo actions

You can get it on A51 and A71 via todays update.Go in software update in settings and update the device.
Then yoll be able to use that feauture on A51
