So far, i have found only 4 uses for my Watch4:

1. Time, Date & Weather
2. Accepting/ Rejecting phone calls
3. Navigation
4. Notifications

I don't use it to monitor my health because all that is pure gimmick. Read about it here:

Cheap 'smartwatches' usually don't support calls and GPS, so keep that in mind.

Is there anything else that a smartwatch is useful for?

EDIT

If you have an LTE variant, you can use your SIM card in your watch, while using e-Sim in your phone (assuming it supports it). No need for separate number. Thanks to @Gst26 for this very useful info.

I read that. I understand people have different perspectives based on their own life experiences and circumstances. 😀

To be blunt, imo, smartwatch is just an expensive accessory, and it is not very NEEDY thing in day to day life... But it does adds-on a suttle difference in your outlook. And if you just want to see Date-Time, go with some analogue Watch with good/decent design according to your choice
.
Ig smartwatches are useful for those who do jogging or some kind of physical exersise/workout, or work where Phones are not accessible at all time like when on crowded Bus/metro/train, (I found this more handy this way)...

Like I said, i don't even consider it for monitoring health parameters. Because those features are pure gimmick, and unreliable.

Most of the cheap smartwatches don't offer call functionality or GPS navigation. So they shouldn't even be considered.

But I just learnt that the LTE variant can use the same number if you use e-Sim on the phone. That will truly extend the functionality of the watch.

To the best of my knowledge only one brand Supports BP through Smartwatch thats is "Crossbeats" while all others Supports Heartrate & not The Systolic & Diastolic Blood pressure not even Samsung's Smartwatch4...

BP is supported by Watch4, but it is limited to some regions. There are tutorials online that can be followed to enable this feature in India.
