Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Last week, we started #InnovationLab, and the response was amazing!

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 2 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following four themes:

1. A21s : Competitive comparisons, proposals and general feedback
2. WiFi
3. NFC
4. GPS

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the above mentioned apps/features.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea / suggestion
• include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 2 topics will be open till 16th August. Week 3 topics will be announced later.

I'm very long time user of secure folder but after june update my secure folder is disappeared also not showing in setting and apps.

           Today I have receive new update in my A51 but after update same problem and my security patch level is also same (1 june)

     Seriously I'm very unhappy with this problem.

And my mobile is purchase on Samsung finance plas but when I purchase there is no any secure folder related issue but after two month of purchase my secure folder is disabled..

Why..??plz give me secure folder back

bro secure folder is locked if you purchase any secure folder compatible devices from Samsung finance....it will only unlocked when your all emi will be completed ....hence don't do anything for it yourself because if by chance knox version will tripped then you will loose secure folder forever....complete your emi ..automatically it will come

there should be option to set no.of devices for connecting with hotspot of my phone

Samsung should give best prices for exchage of premium series like note to note exchage if they will do it the sale also get increases otherwise old customers will not continue with samsung
