Hello all i purchased a s21fe one month ago battery back up was poor from first day but after one this is worst i seen ever in any smart phone if i compare with iphone battery on service much far batter from dis .what i can do for this problm plz suzzest thnx

Complete solution of this problem will be provided by brand through software update.

There are some alternate methods to resolve issue.

For heating
1. Turn on adaptive power saving mode.
2. Use device in Low/Normal performance mode.
3. Try not to use at high brightness.
4. Play less games.
5. Less use in outdoor.
6. Try to charge without back cover.

For Network issue.

Yesterday battery was 97 at morning .i received only 5 calls in who day not game or other app was played and aod was off.phone drains so fast arround 7 its was switched off

Battery optimization helps you to boost the battery performance of your device. To check battery optimization:

Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory

Kindly turn off the smart features of the device and other connectivity features when not in use, which will eventually help you to reduce battery power consumption (smart features such as Motion gestures in advance feature and Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Hotspot, etc.).

Please follow the below steps:
1. Swipe down on the home screen to open the notification panel.
2. Tap on Bluetooth, Location/GPS, Wi-Fi, Mobile hotspot, NFC, etc. to turn off.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
