Tech Talk1. Plug in Mobile with data cable in PC.
2. Open Smart Switch in both devices.
3. If update is available for the device then it'll show automatically in a minute or two.
4. You can manually check by clicking the drop down arrow in right side of Mobile Name.
5. It downloads all the files i.e., almost the whole Android System again without deleting data.
Rest of the process is done by the System. Follow the steps, nothing extra.
Do not disconnect cable or it'll make the device dead.
I'll suggest to keep backup for unlucky situations.
You know I've downloaded almost 5 GB for September Security Patch.
Go for it if you've enough data.
Here is current screen shot.
You'll get the update manually where its written current software version.
I hope you got your answer then don't forget to accept solution so as to help others too.
Thank you.
