It happened after my phone's update, i had to reset me phone, and when I logged back in to members app, it created a whole new account, rather than logging back into my old one, and I can still see my old user account through search section, but as there is no option to try different email in this app. Idk why it has happened.
This should not happen, anyways, I have forwarded this to our team, if anyone has the answer, he/she will help. Or if they tell me the solution, I will revert back to you.
