no need to sync off, this is not an issue at all , i also sync on most of the time, (i only disable when i am going to sleep that's means only 3-4 hrs) just a normal routine alert that's all nothing serious as i told you, actually auto sync drain battery that's the reason

You're opening this interface from Samsung Members App, so it will show your device needs improvement. And if Auto Sync is on then it will show a red alert sign. However if you Turn Off Auto Sync your Some Apps & Mail may not work in background and you may not get notifications from those Apps.
