A sudden notification from an app on our smartphones these days makes us a bit worried and cautious. 19th February,2020 was one such day, when after I switched on my mobile data, a notification from Find My Mobile popped up in my notification panel, as shown in the image below.
It was no less than a curious accident, as Galaxy phone users worldwide had received this mysterious notification from Samsung’s Find My Mobile app. The alert, which several users also reported, simply read “1” with another “1” below it.
On tapping the alert, it simply closed from the notification shade itself.
But, hopefully, 3 hours after this "weird" message was sent, Samsung's Official UK Support Channel addressed the issue in Twitter, and called it "a mistake sent unintentionally during an internal test", which relieved many users like me, present all over the world.
Clarifying this incident was important, as many people were curious to know about this. Hope this helped.😊😊
