there is no such thing as best camera settings it depends on what your shooting style is and what modes you like to shoot the most if its normal mode, everything will be set automatic
if you are in video, choose FHD and 30 fps , it will take up low storage space if you want more clarity and details, then choose 4k and 60 fps for video, but this will take up more space
turn on stabilization for video, so that it will help in stabilization of the video footage
