So here is another interesting topic DNS!

DNS is the acronym of Domain Naming System!

So what does a DNS do?

In simple terms, it converts something like this https://www.google.com to 2001:4860:4860::8888!

Wondering what is this long numeric code! Yes, it corresponds to Google's IPv6 Address! it's the language that the internet understands!

DNS converts the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) to an IP address!

Now let me tell you that a DNS affects the response time of a website so it is important to choose the right DNS.

You can check your internet speed accurately on Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test

if the ping is around 13ms to 30ms its a really fast DNS

if the ping is around 30-100 fair enough

if ping 100ms, 200ms, or 300ms you may feel lag

if the ping is higher than 500ms it means a bad network 

and the worst case of ping 800ms or 999+ means almost to no internet.

1ms = 1/1000 of a second!
