Bro, I am using jio and I don't get flash messages. On my Airtel sim it always come and it's annoying. So I called customer care and somehow disabled it.

Bro search-airtel or bsnl Sim class 0 message problem in samsung phone type in youtube and click the first video. And your problem will get solve
