Speaker volume suddenly down in M30S

Hi,I'm facing a weird issue.Suddenly my speaker volume of the mobile is very low.Can't even hear to it.Any troubleshooting?

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1-Check the mode. Settings > Sounds and vibrations > change the mode to sound and Increase volume to maximum.
2- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.

3- Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member > Get Help > Interactive checks > speaker).
4- Check for the latest device O/S (Scroll down Notification panel > Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
