Hey! If you trust Samsung tutor, then try this: Go to settings -> Remote Support -> Install Samsung Tutor & press 'OK' -> activate/touch the 'Authority mode' button to connect you to a tech expert who can then try to fix your smartphone's technical issues. See following screenshots.
