GOOD:- Shutting down gives rest to the phone (software, hardware and battery) which is good for the health of the phone. And when you switch-on the phone in the morning, the phone is in its fresh mood.

BAD: By doing this you can miss your work business, birthday, important news and others event's notificatios or rings. And if any of your family members or friends are in an emergency, you will not be able to help them.
