Slow down M31 noticed after 4.1 UI

M31 got 4.1 UI but seems like it's lagging and noticed google settings popping.up . I believe need to tune some logic with .....4.1UI. Not sure how to wipe cache partition,  hope that resolve the slow ness

If wipe cache partition doesn't works that reset your device as it is recommended after every huge update
