i have purchase my mobile M31 at your Samsung online store. 

please solve this issue ..there is no call recording in my phone m31

Follow the link and install it from Galaxy store

from your dialer go to settings and turn on automatic call recording

and if you want to record during call only then click on 3dot on top right corner while on call there will be an option to record on going call , but keep in mind on wifi calling, recording not available
