In most of the mid range or budget devices of samsung running on EXYNOS, camera shutter opening time is limited to 10s. I think these chipsets are not capable of image processing larger shutter times. 5 year ago launched budget device from other manufacturers have 30s shutter, but Samsung's recent devices both budget and mid rangers don't have this feature. What are your thoughts on this?
