About android 10 update in Samsung m20 . I am facing many problems like mobile is automatically switching off while using . Battery charging speed is reduced. Check once android 10 and fix the bugs and give updates .

try doing factory reset your device once, don't forget to take data backup before resetting.

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Settings >> device care >> tap on 3 dots >> auto restart >> if enable kindly disable it.
If issue still exists also perform the below-mentioned steps:
1- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.
2- Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).

Please perform the following steps for charging issue:

1. Charge the device with the original charger.
2. Follow standard battery charging procedure (charge a fully discharged the battery in Switch-off mode up to 150 mins).
