Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Settings >> device care >> tap on 3 dots >> auto restart >> if enable kindly disable it.
If issue still exists also perform the below-mentioned steps:
1- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.
2- Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).
Please perform the following steps for charging issue:
1. Charge the device with the original charger.
2. Follow standard battery charging procedure (charge a fully discharged the battery in Switch-off mode up to 150 mins).
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
