Hi there,
To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned step:
Navigate Setting --> Accessibility--> Visibility Enhancements--> Toggle grayscale ON.
For further assistance, kindly send us "Error report" in Galaxy Wearable app by following below path:
1. Launch Galaxy Wearable app on Smart Phone.
2. Connect your Samsung Wearable device to your Galaxy Wearable app.
3. Tap More (≡) on left-top side of the Galaxy Wearable app and select Contact Us > Error reports.
4. Fill out the error or inconvenience and tap the send icon on right-top side.
* If you send an error or inconvenience within two to three minutes after it happens, more accurate analysis is possible.
