How do I access the settings menu on a Samsung phone?

📱 Method 1: From the Home Screen

1. Unlock your phone.


2. Swipe up or tap the Apps icon to open the App Drawer.


3. Look for the ⚙️ Settings app and tap it.

1. Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Notification Shade.


2. Swipe down again to expand the Quick Panel.


3. Tap the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner — this opens Settings directly.
