Samsung Members App feedback section giving Same Reply

So, as you can see, I wrote two feedbacks to Samsung through the members application regarding One UI 7.0 Update for Galaxy M15 and F15 5G Smartphones. Samsung Support gave me a answer the first time saying "your device will get the update in june 2025". The other time I wrote to them, they gave the Same Reply as the first feedback. As per me, I personally think that Samsung is using bots to reply to the feedback and is just adding some random Samsung employee's name.

As per your query, we want to inform you that our developer teams continue to work towards enhancing our product through software updates. Please note that regular OS upgrades may occasionally lead to delays in our planned updates, as we prioritize thorough testing, bug resolution, and rigorous quality checks.

We would like to inform you that Android 15 (UI 7) will be initially available for the F15 model, scheduled for release around the end of June 2025. At this time, we don't have any information about the exact date of the update. Other devices will follow shortly thereafter.
