My area doesn't have Jio range at all..wifi calling feature is not working properly. please anyone give a solution ASAP

Contact ur network provider.

Try with non-samsung devices.
If it still doesn't work, then its an issue from network provider.
Othewise that would be a samsung issue.

Question: how does one create an error log file ?

i do have the same problem of call drop with M31 quite frequently. I had taken it once to the Samsung Authorized Service Centre and they did a factory rest of the software/device. Even after that the problem is continuing.  Meanwhile i had used an iPhone 5s and i didn't have a problem of call drop. 

problems are of 3 type:

1. call drop: this is quite frequent

2. call non-connection: while a call is being tried, one does not know the status. for as long as 3-5 minutes, there is no indication of a call being connected.

3. SMS does not go through quite frequently, even with multiple attempts,  but if restart the phone, it is sent in the first attempt itself.
