Please follow below mentioned step to make a conference call:
> Kindly dial a call from the dialler. When first call get answer then tap on add call & dial a another call from the dialler. When that call get answer then tap on merge option to make a conference call. Follow the same procedure to add more calls.
> For further assistance, register your concern in the Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
when the 1st person called me and i called to the 2nd person by keeping the 1st person on hold after lifting the call by 2nd person the call was not allowed to merge and the 1st person is in still hold after merging the call too
