Subject: Serious FPS Limit & Performance Drop on Galaxy F15 5G after One UI 7 Update

Hello Samsung Members Community,

I'm Timir Mukherjee, reporting a significant issue encountered with my Samsung Galaxy F15 5G. Ever since updating to One UI 7, I've noticed a severe performance degradation, particularly in gaming.

Before the One UI 7 update, my phone was performing exceptionally well, especially in games like [mention a game you play, e.g., Free Fire, BGMI, Call of Duty Mobile]. I could consistently achieve high FPS, often reaching 70-89-90 FPS, which provided a very smooth gaming experience.

However, after the One UI 7 update, I'm facing a drastic FPS limitation. Most games are now capped at a maximum of 60 FPS, even when the phone clearly has the capability to run them at higher frame rates. This sudden limitation has significantly impacted the gaming experience, making it feel less fluid and responsive.

Additionally, I'm unable to access or find the "Game Plugins" features that were previously available or expected. I've checked the Galaxy Store, Game Hub, and Game Booster settings thoroughly, but the specific Game Plugins (like Perf Z or Game Booster Plus) are either missing or inaccessible in the usual way. This further limits my ability to optimize game performance.

I believe this FPS limit and performance drop are direct consequences of the One UI 7 update, as many other users seem to be reporting similar issues. This is very frustrating as the update has degraded the gaming capabilities of my device.

Could the Samsung development team please look into this issue as soon as possible? I urge you to release a patch or a hotfix to address these performance limitations and restore the smooth gaming experience that the Galaxy F15 5G is capable of.

Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

Sincerely,
Timir Mukherjee
