I had A70 and now I purchased A70S. It is felt that in both phones earpiece volume is low in comparison with Galaxy A50 or A50s. It is very hard to hear other end's voice in noisy area. Samsung please give an update to increase earpiece volume
You will understand the problem when you will combat with the same situation, otherwise not. For your information, there is no problem with the earpieces. Its default sound mechanism is low. This should be fixed by the company. Generally earpiece volume should be moderately loud considering different ages of people and also different places. For example Vivo V15 pro, Galaxy a50 or a50s.... where earpiece volume is loud so that we are able to hear other end's voice clearly in noisy place or inside the train. But A70 or A70s manufactured within very very medium volume which causes difficulties with some classes of people. If you are on AC chamber, you will not understand but if you are inside the train compartment, you will suffer a lot. Thanks
