Samsung F62 WiFi network and data slowness issue

I am facing network issues in new samsung f62 mobile.. facing issue wifi and also data, both are working very slow but in same wifi others mobiles are working fast.. pl help on this issue, flipkart person not accepting for replacement.

Every user is having the same issue and samsung is ignoring and also they are not gonna provide any solution on it.

Already we have checked all those steps.. you shared only for mobile network but we are facing issues in both mobile network and as well as WiFi.. WiFi connection's range is good , other mobiles are also working fine but this samsung f62 having issue.. it's creating headache for normal usage too.. please resolve it

Exactly...I'm facing the same problem....internet speed is too slow...I have to enable airplane mode...every now and then

I am facing same issue. WiFi and data speed is bit slow in compare to other phones on same network
