I'm writing to express my disappointment regarding the lack of latest One UI update on my Samsung F14 5G device. Despite being a loyal Samsung customer, I'm disheartened to see that my device isn't receiving the update, which is affecting my overall user experience.
Many users, including myself, are eagerly waiting for the latest update, and it's disheartening to see it being delayed or potentially skipped. I hope the team will consider prioritizing updates for all devices, including the F14 5G.
