My phone is totally working fine using a different charger. ( Not Samsung Charger) and after the Android 10 update I noticed that the charging get slower and most of the times it won't even charge. I am getting an error message to use the charger that comes with the phone. After 2 days of trying to use the same charger that I've been using the phone dies and can't turn on. Please Help. Is this really something to do with the update or some strategy for Samsung for customers to buy a new phone. What we can do since that the battery can't be removed.
