Solution: Just Clear Data of One UI home !
⚠️WARNING⚠️ : CLEARING DATA OF ONE UI HOME WILL RESET ALL THE FOLDERS , APP ARRANGEMENTS ON HOME SCREEN AS WELL AS APPS SCREEN AND EVEN THE FOLDER COLOR IF YOU USE.
Now how to do is simple:
Home screen
Pinch with 2 finger
Go to About HOME screen
Click that small "i" at the corner ℹ
Go to storage
Press clear data
Done ✔ 👍
