SMS - Blocking and Category

1. Provide robust marketing sms blocking function to the existing contact or mobile number sms blocking.

2. In the category section of SMS, a. provide direct sms adding to certain category instead of edit > select category > add conversation. 

b. Option of not showing Category ALL or showing it in the last/ moving around like other categories.
