because Samsung all phones don't have hardware knox security service

Not every Samsung device comes with Knox, so they do not have secure folder. And Knox cannot be provided via software updates.

It's combination of hardware+software, it can't be changed by just doing one thing like hardware or software, You should've thought it earlier before buying the such phone.
