SAMSUNG, STOP THE DRAMA OF LEAKS AND RUMOURS

Dear Samsung,

Please stop this age old practice of leaking your news through some so called leakers and then call them rumours if they are not implemented! 

In this era of social media and your own branded artificial intelligence, you are expected to come ahead and announce everything officially. 

Why do you take the help of such leakers who don't sound genuine and authentic in any way. What is the use of the community like Members ?

I request you to urgently stop such mysterious ways of spreading the news and come forward with everything officially and transparently. You will earn more respect from your customers if you do so.

Yes. But no from Samsung. They now a days entering from back door. First of all not able to release timely update. Coping some features of ios. No fully originality in their software. And Declaring themselves as number one in market. Chaploosi....

Everyone is fed up.
If we think of it like what is the purpose of members app we get the answer it's a platform between users of Samsung mobiles & the Samsung company.
Why can't the company announced the roll out dates in the members app.
Why should users go hunting into other media handles like X or FB or WA even instagram.
All info regarding all models should be there on Members App.
I guess all confusion would be resolved 🤞
