SA50 1 month old working very badly

My new S A50 not working it's only one month old 

Screen shot not working 

Heating 

Automatic volume up down 

Automatic emergency number calling 

Process system not responding 

UI not responding 

I can not  reset power off restart 

Every thing behaves very abnormal  plzzz help
