Wifi calling not working properly  even after updating software. Getting switched off automatically without user switching it off.

Hi there,

Currently, the Wi-Fi calling facility is available with Airtel and Jio network providers in India. 

• Check by another SIM card of Jio or Airtel.

• To use this feature your phone must be connected to a Wi-Fi network and have an active Wi-Fi calling supported SIM card inserted.

If issue still exists, kindly once coordinated with the network service provider.

On my S9 initially wificalling didnt work. After updating software also did not work. Then suddenly it started working without any additional intervention or further update. Positive surprise.

On my S10 wifi calling was working and also icon was displayed at the top. Suddenly the wifi calling icon which was earlier displayed beside the network signal at the top has disappeared though wifi is on & wifi icon is strongly visible.
