S20 getting extremely Hot with Camera app

My S20 is a 1.5 months old, when ever I use camera for more than 8-10 clicks in one go .. phone gets extremely hot ..

Camera app which I was using stops working with a warning 'temperature too high to use camera"

Never seen phone getting this hot while using camera before .

Anybody faced similar issue ?

yes...my s20 is hardly a month old...i didn't receive any warnings such but it does get pretty hot.

There maybe a background app running for a long time without your notice .Try Factory reset

could be .. but phone heats up during camera operations only .. rest of the time it's quite okay .. not sure .. may be software/application issue ?

I did twice, but from there only got copy paste steps, not getting real / concrete solution, hoping they might be working on a fix in background ..
