When i try to switch on my phone from total off position, my screen shows black background with a white circle in the centre in which there's a charge icon shown but the device has been fully charged. After trying 3-4 times of switching on, it skips this screen and finally starts, why is this happening?
when device is switched off, press volume up and power button simultaneously until Samsung logo pops up it would get you into recovery from there you can navigate using volume up and down keys as touch interface doesn't work and use power button as ok or enter. Yes it would delete all of the data. see factory reset works in 2 manner one from recovery which is also call hard reset and other is from OS called factory data reset.
