good luck is heavily dependent on One UI full so I doubt they can implement it. Secure folder is totally a hardware feature with knox security, there cannot be 'partial' 'software' based support (M31 already has the necessary software and drivers but it won't work unless the hardware module is present), it's like asking camera app without camera sensor or software based fingerprint software without fingerprint sensor
see bro ... you are saying software based knox .... you can say that because there is knox deployment service in m series which only used for development purposes but that is not hardware knox ....because knox security service is a combination of software + hardware which can permit to work secure folder ,Samsung pay, Samsung pass , even Samsung internet in knox empowered devices .....next is goodlock feature....previously we saw that goodlock supports in m series by some tricks but problem is only 2 modules worked, not all modules...so it's possible by software update if Samsung wants ,,, for screen recording also same but for now you can use AZ screen recorder which is good overall
