Better wait for s23 series to launch
Then the prices of s22 series will fall down ,so buy that
But if its urgent then you can check s21 fe or a73 around 35k

45 k is a tricky price bracket for Samsung. As of now, get either s21fe at 34k or s20fe at 27k. Else bumb up your budget and buy s22 at 52k.

However, the better decision would be to wait for s23 series or get pixel 7 at 60k.
