Secure folder cannot be added whatever you do bro. Thats because F41 doesn't have Knox, and secure folder requires Knox.

These are just samsung things bro, they restrict certain features to budget phones.Like a31 has no slowmo recording feature.m series don't have goodlock.M51 has NFC but still no samsung pay.9611 is capable of carrier aggregation but m series are restricted while a series have carrier aggregation.F62 which is similarly priced to M51 and it has goodlock support while M51 doesn't.

You can expect because there are chances that samsung will provide it later in the future.
