Suggest me a good phone under INR 60K.

You can suggest phones of some other brands also.

Priority: Good processor, long term updates promise, Good camera, bug free UI & updates, 4500 Mah or above battery.

Go and buy the S21 ( Not s21 FE)
I am sure you will be happy using it, as it will have a true flagship feel in many aspects. Or if you can wait then wait for the S22 (may be slightly higher is price but again worth it).

Other brands - Iphone 12 or Pixel 6 (have to import the Pixel and won't get any warranty)

I think Exynos 2100 is a good processor, but still if you don't want it then I suggest you wait for the S22. Just today, Sammobile published the s22 may get Snapdragon globally.
