I have a samsung galaxy Note10plus. Since the last update the phone has started working slower & at times it hangs for few seconds. When I slide right to call it does not work properly I slide 3 to 4 times then the call goes through at times the contact being slides becomes invisible then appears after sometime.

Kindly perform the below mentioned steps and be assured it would resolve your issue:

 

1.Check space availability:Go Settings > Device Care >Storage
Request you to keep minimum 20% internal memory free.
2.Clear cache memory of a particular application:- Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Tap on Storage > Clear Cache.

If this doesn't help, send an error report again with log file as soon as you experience the issue (preferably within 15 mins in order for us to get the data that we need) by following below path:-
