1.Check space availability:Go Settings > Device Care >Storage
Request you to keep minimum 20% internal memory free.
2.Clear cache memory of a particular application:- Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Tap on Storage > Clear Cache.
