Not able to log in GPay

Shall we use Gpay on Samsung  F62 ...as I am trying  from last three days but OTP not come for it when I am login to my gpay account ...I registered  complaint  on gpay and they are unable  to diagnose  it....whether other UPI applications  working well 

Provide solution if any...

It's because of network issues I think because after the 11th March's update samsung f62 have network issue I think because of this the problem can occur or because of Sim card also because in mine handset I received the otp within a seconds.
