No to Samsung website

Never buy samsung product from samsung website or from samsung app. After paying u will never recive any updates of u r product even after u r tentative delivery date. If u call customer care thats it, u r BP will raise and u get heart attack. If u whatsapp, chat or write, the answer will be " Please contact our customer care on 1800 number". Samsung has become a pain.
