I have a Galaxy F62 that takes good pictures in daylight. However, its night mode does not work properly, the shutter speed is too low, resulting in very blurry and soft images with absolutely no details. Please push a software update to rectify the night mode on the Galaxy F62.
The shutter speed goes low to compensate for the low light, which is why it says hold the phone steady. You can try it on the pro mode by keeping the desired shutter speed n boosting the ISO.
