I am always using blue light filter. it decreases the strain and stress on eyes. as we have screen time for many hours it is helpful to keep your eyes safe. no eye strain, no headaches, no sight loss

15 month older Samsung Galaxy Note 9 display have a issue of Discoloration after March month security path update 


I think have to change the display but it cost around 19k

In the time when most of our time been spend on phone,it is very necessary to keep eyes out of strain with the help of Blue Light filter.....Thanks to samsung for giving this option in its most of the devices.I always prefer to use this mode.

used bl filter for 3 months.. rather than giving positive effect it causes stress on eyes and lead to redness.. use normal light with auto adaptive brightness

Harmful or Benificial
There are a lots of blue filter by outfit and infit by some company.
Galaxy mobile also gives inbuilt gives blue filter but if we use with proper knowledge we will gets benifits from it but if not so we are damaging our eyes..

1.Which use causes harm?
Excessive yellow filter contrast in day time
Use yellow filter by some given application ...
Yellow filter reduce some amount of colour saturation

2.Which uses Benificial?
Use at night time
screen contrast set regarding to your use
If you are doing colour related task avoid using blue light filter
